It’s Here: My First Gluten-Free Mini Ebook (And It’s Free!)
After years of experimenting, tweaking, and trying to make gluten-free food not taste like sadness on a plate, I’ve finally done it — I’ve pulled together my very first gluten-free mini ebook.
It’s short. Just 5 recipes. But they’re real meals. The kind I cook at home. And they’re completely coeliac-friendly (because, well, so am I).
What’s Inside
- Crème Brûlée Pancakes – Yes, it works. Yes, you’ll want seconds.
- Crispy Fried Gnocchi with Chilli Butter & Parmesan – Gluten-free gnocchi that actually tastes good? It’s here.
- Camembert Mash with Pan-Seared Steak – Fancy but still doable on a Tuesday.
- Spicy Pasta with Peppers & Mushrooms – Comfort food with a kick.
- Spaghetti Bolognese with Camembert Garlic Bread – This one’s exclusive — only available in the ebook.
Why I Made This
Getting diagnosed with coeliac disease turned food into a challenge — but also a mission. I wanted to eat better, and I wanted others to know it was possible too.
This mini ebook is my first attempt at pulling some of that together in one place. I kept it small on purpose — no fluff, just 5 recipes. But this is the first of many. I’m already planning the next one, and maybe (one day) a full cookbook.
